How to Automate Xianyu Listings with AI Phone Control

What listing one item by hand actually repeats

Publishing an item on Xianyu takes only a few actions. Open the app, enter “publish an idle item”, pick photos from the gallery, write a title, write a description, fill the price and shipping, choose category and condition, then tap publish. One item is three to five minutes, which sounds small.

The problem is repetition. A day of ten or several dozen items leaves the thinking to a few small steps: writing the title, setting the price, and judging the condition. The rest of the time goes into where to tap and which field to fill. Those actions are almost the same every time, in a fixed place and a fixed order, so they suit an automated run.

The order for Xianyu auto listing is: devices, conversation, workflow, image templates, then schedule and troubleshooting. Natural language drives a real phone and repeats a fixed flow. The software is iEasyRun, running locally on your own computer.

The first two steps: prepare the device, and talk the listing flow through

Install the workstation and the phone-side program from the install selection page first. The check after install is concrete: the workstation home page opens, at least one phone shows as online on the Devices page, and you can send that phone a simple instruction from the conversation page.

The core actions on the Devices page are four: scan, register, set an alias, and group. Phones on USB and phones on WiFi both appear in the scan results. After registration the phone can be chosen reliably, in conversations, workflows, and scheduled tasks alike.

Even with one phone, set an alias. Later, when you pick a target phone on the conversation page or assign a device in a workflow, “listing phone A” is easier to recognize than a random device string. If you sell different categories and have several phones, group them as you go, for example “digital” and “clothing”. Details are in the Devices documentation.

An offline device can be viewed. It cannot run. Before you dispatch, go back to the Devices page and confirm the phone is online. If it shows offline, use the install page to check USB, WiFi, the phone-side program, and the workstation.

The first step of auto listing is saying the flow clearly. On the Conversation page, start a session, select the online target phone, and describe the whole publish flow in plain language.

The bottom of the conversation page has consult, run, and refine. Which one you use depends on how clear the flow already is:

• Run: the request is already clear. Send the instruction, and the AI plans immediately and operates the real phone.
• Refine: you know you want bulk listing, and the steps are not complete. Talk it through with the AI for several turns, filling in what to tap first, what to fill next, and what to do when something goes wrong. Switch to run after it becomes an executable sequence.
• Consult: you only ask how to write the steps. The phone is not controlled.

The first time you set up Xianyu auto listing, use refine. You can start from this:

Open Xianyu and go to the publish-idle page. Choose the newest photo in the gallery as the main image. Fill the title with the text I give you, and the price with the number I give you. Set the category to digital and the condition to “九成新”. Fill the description with two lines of product notes. After everything is filled, stop in front of the publish button and do not submit yet.

Keep the last line, “do not submit yet”. On the first run, leave an irreversible action like submit for a person to confirm. That is steadier than running the whole chain at once. Remove the limit after the flow is stable.

Descriptions from the refine session can be saved on the Prompts page. The next time you list a similar item, pull the prompt back out and reuse it.

Freeze it into a workflow, and use image templates for icons

Conversation is for trying. A workflow is for running over time. Once a listing flow has run cleanly for several days in a row, freeze it.

Create one in the workflow library on the Workflows page and edit it on the canvas. Common step types include “start automation environment”, “wait”, “open app”, and “gesture-swipe”. A listing flow can be arranged as:

Start the automation environment, wait for the interface to load, open Xianyu, enter the publish entry, choose gallery photos, fill the title, fill the price, choose category and condition, fill the description, submit.

Four things on the canvas are useful here:

Leave the changing parts as parameters. Title, price, description, and image index differ every time. Keep them out of the template body and pass them in per item at run time. One “Xianyu listing” template then covers many items.

After it is set up, test-run it on one phone. The test-run result is written to execution history, which is more reliable than watching the screen the whole time.

AI phone control works by reading the screen, using text recognition and interface understanding to decide where to tap. That covers most cases. Two kinds of interface are easy to get wrong: icon-only buttons with no text to read, and custom-drawn interfaces with an unusual style. Use Image Templates. Crop the button or icon into a small image, store it in the library, and write what it is and when to use it. A useful split is three parts:

• Keep the name short, for example “publish idle entry”.
• Write visual traits in the description, for example “orange round plus button at the bottom of the home screen”.
• Write the trigger in the usage, for example “use this after reaching the Xianyu home screen, when the publish entry has to be found”.

At the bottom of the Conversation page you can attach a template or an image template and link a library entry to the current session. When the AI needs to find a button, it uses the note. Add a template for every icon-only spot in the listing flow that is easy to misread, and Xianyu auto listing stays steady.

Dispatch on a schedule, and find the stuck step in execution history

Once the flow runs cleanly, use the Schedule page to put listing on a fixed time. There are two kinds of schedule: a workflow schedule, which runs a fixed template on a chosen phone when the time arrives, and a conversation schedule, which runs the content of a session when the time arrives. Listing has fixed steps, so a workflow schedule fits better.

A schedule has three prerequisites. Miss one and the task will not move:

1. The computer has to keep the iEasyRun workstation open. Scheduling is done locally.
2. The target phone has to be online, or able to connect on its own when the time arrives.
3. For a phone on USB, the USB connection and the workstation both still have to be in a normal state at that moment.

After the task finishes, check the Execution History page. Each record shows the task source (conversation / schedule / workflow test run), the status, the target device, and the error message. Keep the troubleshooting order fixed:

• If the error mentions “automation environment”, go back to the install page and check the phone-side setup.
• If it says “device offline”, go back to the Devices page and confirm the phone’s status.
• If it says “unauthorized / expired”, check that template’s status in the workflow library.
• If image matching or OCR failed, add a small image in the image-template library, or check the settings under capabilities and models.

Checking in that order, most stuck steps can be placed within three minutes. If it keeps stalling on photo selection, the gallery permission or the photo position has usually changed. If it keeps stalling on category, an interface change has usually broken icon recognition, and one new image template brings it back.
